Run by Dave Jones and Sue Walker, every horse is handpicked. We have successfully sold Horses and Ponies to local riding school establishments, Riding for the Disabled, the Police Force and to competition & hunting homes. We are also a busy show jumping centre catering for competitors at all levels, from Mini / Novice through to BS Junior and Senior shows including qualifiers. We aim to cater for all abilities of horse and rider. Shows are held every weekend throughout the indoor season (September to end of April) see our shows page for a list events and show dates.

Our centre incorporates a large livery yard housing 30 stables with superb riding facilities that include the use of our indoor show jumping arena and indoor school. We have ample car and HGV parking.

“I’ve had five horses from Dave and Sue over the last 30-odd years, all fab including my current mare who I’ve had nearly nine years and competed all over the country BS. Lovely friendly venue to jump at too. Pic is of horse I bought from them, competing there”.

Sue was extremely helpful. Listened to what I was looking for and allowed me to view the horse I wanted to see. From start to finish she answered all of my questions open and honestly. Was accommodating with the vetting and arranged the transport because she knew where he was going. He is honestly the kindest most honest horse I’ve ever met. I truly couldn’t be happier and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place.

I bought my ISH gelding from Sue and Dave. Alfie is everything they told me he would be – excellent in traffic – experienced hunter and point and go when jumping. They advised that he needed flatwork established and schooling on to get a proper outline. Sue gave me lessons in the arena which made me feel confident and keen on a bigger horse than I am used to. They kept Alf until he could be transported to Jersey and ordered tack that he arrived with. They are a genuine honest and experienced yard and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I cannot recommend them enough.
